Course description: Streetstyle pole is a rare sight in Sweden - time to change that! With a background in streetdance and a passion for exploration in pole, Daria is on a mission to develop this awesome style - you are invited to be a part of the journey! We'll dive into the basics of streetdance, learn pole moves that complement the style and focus on finding that famous 'groove' that brings it all together. And of course we'll combine it all into a choreo! Group size: 2-6 people

Level: No streetdance experience needed as we will go through the basics of it together. Pole level is adjustable, but might be tough for a complete beginner ;). The tricks we will use are mostly not advanced, but fast and dynamic, so you need some shoulder strength and stamina. Good to have a stable grip and shoulder mount, but most tricks are possible to adjust if needed.
Pole flow classes will focus on exploring the magic of the contemporary pole movement. We are aiming to make the transitions seamless by all costs. We'll explore the easy tricks to make your dancing look smooth and we'll also focus on improving the techniques for body control and awareness. The classes will be composed of a thought through warm up, a static and a spinny combo and a shorter cool down. Come and find your natural flow together with Daria!
