About the class: During this workshop where we will explore the beauty and grace of pole. We will delve into flow combinations and explore stunning shapes and transitions. Our focus will be on utilizing the force to our advantage, playing with details to enhance the overall movement. We will learn to artfully combine floor work, entrances, climbing, tricks and transitions, ending in a logical completeness.
