About the class: Designed as a safe space, to learn, fail and get spotted. Expect a nurturing environment where perfection takes a back seat and personal development is in the spotlight.
During this workshop where we will explore the beauty and grace of pole. We will delve into flow combinations and explore stunning shapes and transitions. Our focus will be on utilising the force to our advantage, playing with details to enhance the overall movement. We will learn to artfully combine floor work, entrances, climbing, tricks and transitions, ending in a logical completeness.
